By creating an account or using YouToo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use YouToo.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account; don't impersonate others or misrepresent who you are. You agree to provide accurate information and to tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from your profile — that permanently removes your profile, videos, bounties, and club posts.
You own the content you post, and you grant YouToo a licence to host and display it so the service can function. You're responsible for what you post — in comments, messages, clubs, bounties, reactions, and live chats. You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or sexually exploitative content, spam, or malware, and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate others.
Videos on YouToo are embedded from their original platforms (for example, YouTube) and remain subject to those platforms' terms. You agree not to use YouToo to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Live spaces (watch-party chat, club hangouts) are ephemeral — messages there are relayed in real time and never stored. Everything else you post persists until you or a moderator removes it.
You can report content and users in-product. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful. Suspended accounts can't sign in or post. We don't guarantee any particular outcome or timeframe, but reports are read by a human.
YouToo is a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; realtime features (presence, parties, live chat) depend on infrastructure that may be intermittently unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.
YouToo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are written in plain language for the YouToo beta. Before operating commercially, have counsel adapt them to your jurisdiction.
