Terms of Service

Last updated: template — review with counsel before launch.
This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer adapt it to your jurisdiction before you launch publicly.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using YouToo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use YouToo.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content and conduct

You own the content you post, and you grant YouToo a licence to host and display it so the service can function. You’re responsible for what you post. You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or sexually exploitative content, spam, or malware, and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate others.

Videos on YouToo are embedded from their original platforms (for example, YouTube) and remain subject to those platforms’ terms. You agree not to use YouToo to infringe anyone’s intellectual property.

4. Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful. You can report content in-product; we review reports but don’t guarantee any particular outcome or timeframe.

5. Disclaimers and liability

YouToo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
